Registration

Registration Status

When enabled, players can register for your event.

Opening and Closing Times

Set the opening and closing times for the event. If automation is enabled, the registration status will automatically change based on the date and time.

Signup Type

Group Management

Note that administrators can always adjust the groups and players until the group is started.

List Signup

Players who sign up will be added to the event list.

Group Signup

Players who sign up will select a starting group. This is a perfect option for weekly leagues where players are allowed to choose who they want to play with.

Flex Signup

Players can sign up at any time, even when the round has started. Once the minimum group size is reached, the players can start their scorecard themselves.

Minimum Group Size

Set the minimum group size for the event. This is only applicable for Flex and is the minimum number of players needed for the players to be able to start the scorecard themselves.

Spot Limitations

Max Spots

Set the maximum number of players for the event. This does not include the waiting list. If you are using Group Signup, the Max Spots will limit the number of players even if there are spots available in the groups themselves.

Max Registrations

If you want to limit the number of players that can register for the event, you can set the Max Registrations. This will limit the number of players that can register for the event. This is an efficient way to keep a certain number of players on the waiting list in case of no-shows.

Wildcards

This is purely visual and does not limit the number of players that can register for the event. You can assign wildcards to players in the confirmed list.

Check-in

Check-in allows you to ask players to check in before the event. If you do not specify times, players cannot check in themselves, but you can still mark them as checked in once they arrive.

Questions

If you need to ask players specific questions, you can add them to the event registration process. You can choose between "Free Text", "Single Choice", and "Multiple Choice". This allows you to have a more detailed registration process. Single Choice questions will be displayed as radio buttons and Multiple Choice questions will be displayed as checkboxes.

You can also specify which divisions this is applicable for and if a response is required.

Stages

If you have registration stages, you can specify them here. If you use automation, they will be enabled automatically. You can choose several options and add as many stages as you want. If you have added stages and they are all disabled, no one will be able to register even if the registration is open.

Club Membership Requirement

If you want to require a club membership, players need to be an active member of any of the clubs that are connected to the tour to register for this event.

PDGA Official Status Requirement

If you want to require PDGA official status, you can specify that here.

Competition License

If the event is affiliated with an association, you can require a valid license for being able to register for the event.

Foreign Player Requirement

If you require a license but want to allow foreign players to register.

Country Access Rules

If you want to restrict registration to or from certain countries, you can specify them here.

Automation

When enabled, the registration status and stages will be managed automatically based on the date and time.
