Parental control

With tjing you can connect your childrens account to your own, this enables you to browse the App and Web as them so you can see all that they can see and also take actions on their behalf, such as registering to an event. We have designed this to be as secure as possible and making sure that users cannot abuse this to try and get access to others accounts. That is why linking acconts must be initiated by the child account and approved by the parent account.

Get started

Getting started is and can be done in a few steps:

1. On the Child account go to the Account section on the profile page.
2. Under Linked accounts click on Invite and search for the parent account, we recommend searcying by email to ensure the right account is selected.
3. Send the request when you are ready and a push notification will be sent to the parent account.
4. As the parent account go to Account in the profile section.
5. You will now have a request to approve, approve it when ready.
6. You are now all done and you can choose to log in as the child account.

Requirements and Limitations

Child account limitations

The child account continues working as before, it s not limited in any capacity.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting can only be done by the parent account, this can be done at any time.

Age restrictions

Age must be set on both accounts and the Child account must be younger than 18 and the Parent account older than 18. When the child account turns 18 the connection will be automatically disabled.

Multiple connections

Accounts cna be connected to multiple parent accounts as well as multiple child accounts.
