Smart Copy
Tour & league only
Smart copy is only avaiable for events in a Tour or League as it helps copy information between events.
Smart copy makes it a breeze to update information in several events instantly. When copying settings that have specific times set we adjust the times so they are relevant to the events they are being applied to. As an example if the registration opens 1 week before the first round the registration will open 1 week before the first round on the target event.
- Select what information you wish to copy from this event.
- Press next an select which events you wish to copy to.
- Done
We aim to make smart copy to be able to copy all aspects of an event, event duplicating it completley, but we have some limitations in the current version that is good to know about.
Not copyable items
The following settings are not copyable currently, we aim to support these in future updates.
- Documents
- Registration questions
- Registration stages
- Country access rules
- Division overrides
Not selectable events
- Events that have already started or finished cannot be copied to. You can still copy from these events.
- Events with Registration open, this is to avoid conflicts and issues between users who have registered and are going to register.
