Please note that depending on the round being split into multiple pools, some options will be available per pool.

Start Date

This is the announced start time of the round. When using tee-times, you can specify the exact time per group, but to keep it consistent, this should be the official start time which will be displayed throughout.

End Date

When using Flex Start, you can set an end time for the round. This is the last starting time for groups; players will not have the option to start after this time.

Start Format

You can choose between Shotgun, Tee-times, and Flex Start. This will affect how groups are created, and when using Flex Start, players can start their own groups.

Play Format

This is mainly used for Doubles and Team rounds. You have several options such as Best Shot, Greensome, Worst Shot, and many more. This is purely for information and does not affect the scoring.

Course

Choose the course and layout for the round. You can choose from any of the official courses or create your own. Once groups have been created, you cannot change the layout unless the new layout has the same number of holes. You can change to a new layout with the same number of holes or delete the groups and apply any layout.

Changing Layout

Should you need to, you can change layout after the round has finished as long as the new layout has the same number of holes.

Start / Pause & Finish

Starting a round cannot be undone. You can at any time pause the round, ensuring no scoring can occur. When all groups are finished, you can close the round, which will then update the event leaderboard with the new results.
