Event Name

The name of the event.

Event sponsor

Add a sponsor text to be presented togehter with the event name on the public event pages.

Sponsor section

We have a dedicated sponsor section where you can add images and links in addition to this sponsor text.

Description

Add more details about the event. This will be the main information displayed on the event page, giving players an overview of the event. You can add up to 12 000 characters (including styling elements) and use some basic formatting options.

Location

Specify the location of the event. You can still add a full address later and specify the course. This field is mainly used to help show events close to players through location services.

Full Address

The full address of the event for ease of navigation.

Cover Image

A cover image for the event. This will be displayed on the event page and in search results.

Event sponsors

Upload sponsor banners or logos to be shown on the public event page. You can then add them as a sponsor with a dedicted link and name. You can re-arrange the order they are displayed by dragging and dropping.

Tour Sponsors

If you have the same sponsors for the whole tour you can upload tour sponsors in the tour settings instead.

Documents

Upload documents related to the event. This could be a course map, caddie book, liability waiver, or other information.

Organizer Details

Let your players know more about who runs the event. When hosting a tour, you can add the Club or Promoter in the tour settings. If this is a one-off event, you can add the details here.

Tournament Director

Add the name, email, and phone number of the tournament director.

Assistant Tournament Director

Add the name, email, and phone number of the assistant tournament director.

PDGA Sanctioned

Tier

If the event is PDGA sanctioned, you can add the event tier here. This will be displayed on the event page and used on the event search page.

Event ID

Add the event ID here. This is the ID of the event on the PDGA website. If added, players will have a direct link to the event on the PDGA website.
