What is TjingPay?

Connected Account

You can have multiple Stripe accounts linked to your Tjing profile. To get started collecting registration fees, you simply need to select the account you want to use from the list. It is possible to use different accounts on different events should the need arise.

Service Fee

You can decide if you want to include the Tjing service fee in the registration fee or have it added on top.

Currency

We support multiple currencies. You can only have one currency per tour.

Automatic Refunds

When enabled, players who cancel their registration will have an automatic full refund issued. If you remove a player or cancel their spot manually, you will need to issue the full or partial refund manually from the orders pages.
