Divisions

NOTE

If running a One-Off event you will not have the override options, you will instead see the normal division settings that are available in the Tour settings.

Division overrides

Divisions are normally managed on the Tour level. If you need to make adjustments to a division for a specific event you can create a Division override. Values and settings specified in an override will take precedence, empty values will be ignored.

Create override

Division

Select the division you wish to create an override for.

Registration fees

Registration fee

You can set a new registration fee for this specific event. If you want to make it a free entry make sure to specify 0 as leving it empty will mean it's ignored.

Auto refund

If you offer no refunds you can set this to 0, if not set any value between 0 and 100. This will be reflected on the event overview page to let your players know what they can expect. If you have automatic refunds enabled this is the amount that will automatically be refunded.

Availability settings

You can set certain limitations through our availability settings.

Max spots

Maximum spots for this event, in othe words the maximum confirmed players.

Max registrations

If you need to set a custom limit to how many can be registered. This is the combined number of players Confirmed and on the waitinglist for this division.

Reserved spots

Purely visual if you need to communicate that you reserve spots for some reason.

Hide division

Enable this if you wish to disable this division on this specific event.

Manage override

Settings are the same as when creating an override. With the addition of deleting it should you need to.
