Tour Name

Set a name for your tour. You can still set individual event names.

Tour sponsors

Add a sponsor text to be presented togehter with the tour name on the public tour pages.

Sponsor section

We have a dedicated sponsor section where you can add images and links in addition to this sponsor text.

Description

Present your tour and what players can expect. You can add up to 12 000 characters (including styling elements) and use some basic formatting options.

Tour Type

Players can filter events based on tour types. Setting one will help players more easily find this type of tour.

Cover Image

You can add a promotional image of your choice that will be displayed at the top of your tour pages. Images will be displayed up to a size of 1200×400 pixels. For best results, ensure you have a high-quality image when uploading. You can crop the image while uploading if you don't have the exact size available.

Sponsors

Upload sponsor banners or logos to be shown on the public tour page. You can then add them as a sponsor with a dedicted link and name. You can re-arrange the order they are displayed by dragging and dropping.

Event Sponsors

If you have sponsors unique to specific events you can add them in the Event settings.

Organizations

Link any associated organizations such as your Club or Promoter. They will be displayed on the tour pages as well as the tour being visible on the respective organizations' dedicated pages. You need to be an Administrator of said organization to be able to add it to your tour. If that is not an option, you can always add a representative of that organization as an admin for your tour, either permanently or temporarily.
